Tank Security commenced operations in Victoria in 1979 with the manufacture of the small round ‘Tank Trading Safe’. This safe paved the way with its new technologies by introducing the mechanical time-delay lock and dye-bomb not previously seen in the market place. Thus a new standard of safes in the Australian retail industry was launched.

Tank Security (Qld) Pty Limited commenced operations in Queensland in 1992. For over 25 years, our family run company has specialised in safe installation, safe repair and safe servicing of the industry’s most innovative safe and cash management systems and has continued to experience strong growth in safe repair and safe sales throughout Australia.

Now trading as Tank Safes Australia, we have increased our product range to include over 100 different models of safes. The range includes gun safes (Rifle and Pistol Safes), home safes, floor safes, office safes, fire protection safes, jeweller’s safes, Tacc coin dispensing safes, clearance safes and changemasters. We also have a large range of second hand safes and reconditioned safes.
